How we work.

You see the shape of your system before you pay anything. Here is what comes out of each stage.

Step one

We map it.

You walk us through how a job really moves. Usually that is a couple of calls. If it suits you we will come and run a discovery session on site. Either way you get the map, and a straight answer about which parts are worth changing.

You see it.

We build the opening screens in your branding, using your words for things, with demo data in them. Not a finished system. Enough to see the shape of yours and tell us where it is wrong. No invoice, no commitment.

Nothing signed and nothing paid yet. You tell us what the real one has to do, and we go and build that.

Step three

You say go.

The monthly starts and we build the real thing. Three to six months, depending on how much system there is. Every fortnight you are told where it is up to. The update stops being about the build and starts being about what you got back.
